I received my first delivery today. The soup, main meal, & dessert were absolutely delicious & nutritious. Thanks with congratulations - must go to all the staff of Meals & Wheels - & especially all the caring & wonderful volunteers - what would we do without you !

Work for meals on wheels at findon Tuesdays and Fridays.good people to work with met a lot of elderly people when I go out on deliver met a lot of people who work with very good team and easy to get a long with.meals.on wheels make nice meals make nice soup and sweets.

We used the Meals on Wheels service for my father for approximately 18 months until he passed and it was an excellent service. He was somewhat fussy with food but ate most of what was delivered.Importantly, the fantastic volunteers also do a welfare check when they deliver the food, and it was on a food delivery they found my father unconscious on the floor. Thanks to the service we were able to get him into hospital and while he didn't make it, we were able to spend some time with him before he passed.If you are on a disability or aged care plan, many of these plans can subsidise or fully cover the cost of the service. You really are getting two services for the price of one.So thank you for the excellent and important work that the Meals on Wheels volunteers do. We would be a much nastier world without the care and dedication these, dare I say, heroes put in to this work as volunteers.

My senior parent has his food delivered by this volunteer group but their food is like the Army type. Unfortunately they don't have or don't make special food for certain people who have food allergies like Gluten or dietary. On their website ,it doesn't say about costs per meal. Please rectify this problem soon.
