After shopping at eb games Kempsey for years, I found their staff to be rude and nasty! Not only to myself but also to my partner and had the hide to mock her of her disability after having their security guards to harass her everytime she was spotted in the centre. Never shop at this store!

I got given a copy of bf1 revolution off my parents for Christmas but the code didn’t work and it was brand new still in plastic and since my parents bought presumably before Christmas the seven day return makes it unable to exchange or return

A good range of stock, the staff are very personable and helpful. They have sales often and the store layout is easy to browse in. If they don't have what you're after the staff are happy to order things in for you!
