Purchased a $2000 dining table from here and its functionally unusable. Table legs are positioned in such a way that no matter where you sit your either whacking your legs at the front or having to straddle the table leg. Chairs cannot be pushed in close to the table and its wasting valuable space in my small dining area. Even though i acknowledge I was 1week out of their 30day policy given the current worldwide postage delays it was out of my control that i had no chairs to place near the table for 5weeks in order to appreciate how poorly its designed. This table has never been used and yet I get no compensation at all. No allowance for personal circumstances. So much for supporting a family owned business and getting a better experience. Next time I’ll just buy from a large chain.

Excellent service. Ordered on the 14th Dec. Asked to put delivery on hold as house is’nt finished which Bronx agreed. Then i requested delivery to different address in the 15th and arrived today the 19th. Bar stools look even better in person. Will order again in the future. Thats how you should do business

I've ordered a set of 4 Wusthof steak knives from Bronx Homewares. They are top quality and a pleasure to handle. However, what really stood out was the amazing service from Benny. He kept me informed of the progress of the order even though we all understand the common delays in delivery due to the impact of Covid. Benny was a very warm, friendly, honest and professional person. He was very apologetic about the delay, arranged an express service to expedite the order and included a generous gift. His care is so genuine and it's very rare to experience someone like him. Thank you so much Benny, you're a gem! I will continue to support Bronx because of you and will strongly recommend Bronx to my family, friends and colleagues.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the service, price and product. I order a beautiful old wood dining table (2.4 m) on Thursday and it was delivered to my door in regional NSW by Sunday morning. It is a gorgeous white cedar herringbone table and suits my country farmhouse perfectly. The service and communication was outstanding. Thanks so much Bronx Homewares.

Do not purchase from this company! Furniture is not as described. Staff are rude and unhelpful.
