Worst customer service ever!!! Walked in and the door was already open the old lady with an unpleasant attitude told me to shut the door then when I received my order I said have a lovely night they all just shrugged their shoulders and ignored me like I wasn’t there and over priced

Crispy chips always great value for the amount of chips. Potato scallops sometimes not cooked thoroughly enough and sometimes a bit doughy. The infamous Donkey dongers" can be brought here. aka battered sausage."

Unfortunately chips weren’t cooked, fish was straight out of a packet, not fresh or freshly battered. Even the dim sims weren’t good… amount of chips was great but sadly what my kids didn’t put in the oven to cook went in the bin.

I haven't been there recently, but have always felt welcome in the past, and found the staff to be very helpful, just wish it was a bit closer to my house cause I'd make a lot more use of it ☮️

My family had never had a bad word to say about this Cafe until tonight. Worst service, totally forgot to cook our scallops, when we rang back were asked if we actually wanted them cooked, if I wanted them frozen Id go to Woolies.Cold stale tasting Chips, Dry Chicken burgers and Ive seen bigger Goldfish than the piece of grilled fish they over charged us for. After seeing a lady watch her food being dropped and put into the deep fryer anyway we will not be going back again.

If I could give less than one star I would . Rang @ 6pm and placed an order & told that would be about 20-25 min. Turned up maybe 20 mins later, walked in & was told that yes, my meal was being cooked. This was obviously a lie. The place was crowded so I bided my time. I then heard someone say, why are you cooking a crab stick, we haven't had an order for a crab stick. I piped up & said yes, you have & repeated my order. The shop assistant apologised and said that my order had gone astray & that they would start cooking it now. I eventually received my order a full 90 minutes after ordering and then had to pay full price anyway. A joke.
