Dealing with this company from the get go was nothing but pleasant. Originally called for a quote on an alternator replacement, was given a price and said i'd then get back to them as they were the first company i had contacted.Within an hour the receptionist had called me back and told me she found an alternator at a cheaper price.Then came to installation, Jack was my mechanic and was on time and communicated very well with me.Had some troubles with the diesel fuel self bleeding system and then called his boss Allan to come and help.Couldn't speak highly enough about these two gentlemen, they overcame many issues (due to my poor maintenance of my car)fixing fuel filter blockages and poorly maintained lines.They literally did everything they could and spent many hours on what should have been a simple job.I felt like Jack and Allan went above and beyond for me and my car.Will recommend this company to friends and family.Pricing and service both amazing.Thanks again Jack and Allan for helping me get back on the road.

Trusted Alan and his team to fix my BMW breaks months ago. Had someone come out to fix them after I purchased them directly from BMW, and received a critical warning from my car system and constant squeaking after they were replaced by them. Contacted Alan back and forth, they didn’t want to take responsibility for this issue however finally had someone come and swap them (as I had photos from BMW and the fault of the problem to say that they were placed incorrectly) and once acetune fixed the problem my critical warning went away. In all of this Alan was nothing but condescending, constantly cut me off on the phone and denied any issue caused by them. Just to add, I have had my breaks replaced/ fitted by BMW and another 3rd party mechanic in the past with no issues, however acetune is the only company I have had issues with. The emotional stress this caused me could have been avoided, and I’ve left out other details that would drag their name but this review will suffice. Just a warning to anyone with a European car wanting to get their breaks checked with this company - Alan recommended Bendex breaks for my car and other Mechanics I have spoken to wouldn’t recommend that brand due to compatibility issues.

Very professional and easy to deal with, I had mechanical problems with my car, they came on time and assisted very quickly and professionally and fixed my car on very short notice

Just had a log book service done on my ZB Commodore by the Acetune team. Really happy with the entire experience, mechanic was easy to deal with, did a professional job and kept to the original quote.Highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs their car taken care of.

Extremely rude and shady, most especially Allan. Had so many issues with them and will definitely be the first and last time ever. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, even if they’re desperate. Allan constantly tries to cover himself up and the work done as not their fault even when proven wrong, he denies and denies. Don’t trust this guy. The most condescending and arrogant man I’ve ever spoken to. DO NOT GO.

Run diagnostics on my falcon BA Ute and confirmed an issue, that may also be related to a second issue. Throttle was fixed and the second issue that i was informed may be there was also resolved at a reasonable price. Very friendly and informative mechanic. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing work on their vehicle. Prompt showed replacement parts and left me extremely happy. I will definitely use these guys again, no BS, all in words i could understand and made fully aware of possible issues prior to work started. Many thanx to the Mechanic on the day can not speak highly enough for his workmanship and great communication.
