Had a pregnancy massage from Akemi this morning and it was brilliant! Couldn’t recommend enough. Left feeling very relaxed and my pregnancy aches and pains were relieved. She was amazing!

Mack at ocean holistic is an incredibly skilled acupuncturist who uses a range of effective techniques to aid in such a wide variety of issues and ailments. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares for his patients and has helped myself and family an incredible amount. He creates a calm and relaxing environment which has such a nourishing and nurturing effect, leaving you feeling mentally and physically charged and energised. Cannot recommend enough.

I have had many massages in my life from male and female, highly qualified and less so. But I have never had the quality, and care that I get from Akemi at Ocean Holistic. Her understanding of physiology and the interconnection between muscle groups and function is unique and results in the ultimate massage.

I thoroughly recommend Ocean Holistic. I have been visiting the clinic for the past 3 months hoping that acupuncture would help with two chronic and longstanding injuries to my foot and shoulder. His primary focus is you the client, and it is very evident that Mac is 100% committed to doing everything possible to ensure the treatment leaves you walking out feeling so much better. Mack at Ocean Holistic is one of the most down to earth health professionals I have ever met. I have been going to Akemi every week for a massage for about a year now and just started having acupuncture with Mackenzie (I have had 3 acupuncture sessions to date). The massage and the acupuncture compliment each other for a much better & deeper result than just using one modality. Both Akemi & Mackenzie are amazing therapists, very professional, friendly, they fully explain the process of the treatments and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
