Really disappointed as the lack of consideration when I came to buy much needed sanitary items in a hurry and was promptly denied the sale as I only had card and the sale was less than $10 minimum needed for eft purchase. Even when I asked desperately if I could please pay a small fee to cover this I was still denied.. thank you for making me feel extremely uncomfortable and humiliated while I stood there begging. I will continue to spread the word of your appalling service and hope you yourself are never left standing there in that much discomfort as a female.

Experienced one of the most bizarre customer service interactions in my life. Daughter of the chemist was incredibly catty and seemed to take everything personally despite it all being a business interaction? Rolled her eyes, huffed and was just generally haughty. Very weird experience

I love this Pharmacy. I dont know why people would choose a discount store like Chemist Warehouse when you can receive far superior service for pretty much the same price. At least for prescriptions. 100% recommend these guys. Very happy customer.
