I had a leaking hot water unit. Chris and Lynda were amazing with their communication and kept me updated every step of the way. They adjusted their schedule to meet our needs, which we really appreciated. We had the unit replaced with a new one within a day. Now that is customer service. I would definitely recommend using Burban Plumbing and Gas to anyone.

Chris was quickly able to determine the problem with our gas heater and fixed it with no fuss. This was very different to others that quoted the job who were vague about what was needed and how much it would cost.In the end Chris completed the work saving us $900 and the heater is working like new!We found him to be an honest, tradie who takes pride and satisfaction in doing the job properly at a very reasonable price.We would certainly recommend him!

My husband called Burban plumbing for a gas leak near our stove. The response time was excellent. Chris arrived within an hour, found and fixed the leak promptly. He is friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.

Chris from Burban Plumbing replaced my ducted gas heating system for me this morning and I couldn’t be happier. Chris replaced an in roof ducted heating system. After trying to locate a tradesman for 3 months it took less than 7 days from an initial conversation for Chris & Lynda to install it. Clean, professional & polite, I highly recommend them.

The team at Burban Plumbing and Gas are just genuinely kind people, they are professional, friendly and made sure that all your concerns are resolved!I contacted Chris and asked to change over my hot water unit to an instantaneous water unit. He was very friendly, came out to my premise, gave me a quote and made sure my concerns and questions are answered.Minh and Chris came out and carried out the job, they were professional and installed the unit with high quality. I am very happy with the unit and the way they worked. They were both very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were even able to fixed my gas stove for which a lot of other plumbers said its a massive job, they fixed it within 30 mins.I am very happy with the quality of service they provide, good value for money is slightly an understatement. Definitely would recommend them to others, and will definitely come back for any future plumbing work!

Chris was wonderful. His very professional and replied straight away. He even fitted me in on the same day as I have a son with special needs and needed the toilet installed immediately. Chris was not over priced either. I called around 10 different plumbing companies and they were charging ridiculous prices and some not even replying.Chris thank you for great service you will have out buisness for a long time. Chris was very helpful, genuine, informative and ensured the problem was fixed straight away. He was very professional and I couldn't be more grateful and appreciative of the work he has done. Iv used Chris many times for a number of different jobs. He’s quick,neat and priced really well and I will continue to use him into the future and highly recommend him.

I required repairs and an upgrade to a box gutter above my covered deck. Really happy with Chris' work. The cost of the work quoted was very reasonable. No mess, no fuss and done well.
