Dean is a legend he went above and beyond for us and got our alternator replaced and us back on the road. He recommended somewhere to stay and found us the part we neeeded to fix our 4wd. Dean solved a problem with the sequential indicators on our Caravan when attached to our Ford Ranger that several other auto electrician could not fix quickly and reasonably priced. Great service and pricing. Would strongly recommend!

Towing a sail boat from Melbourne to Noosa and had trouble with trailer lights. Called in without an appointment and Dean was super helpful and very knowlegable. Trailer had multiple wrong wiring connections and a dud light Even though they were busy he fitted me into his busy schedule. I was only passing through but if I lived in the area I would definitely use Robbie Cook for all my auto electrical needs. Thank again for your help

Highly recommend Robbie and Dean we were travelling to Cowell in S.A when we lost all power to our fridges and was recommend to these guy's, they listened to what we were explaining happened and Dean started working on the problem in which turned out to be a faulty battery charger..in which was brand new.3 weeks ago..the service we got was higher then 5 stars..Thank you Dean for your expertise..

After setting out on our long awaited caravan holiday our car broke down and was towed to one of the local dealers. Waiting 4 days with no communication we contacted Dean to explain the issues. Dean had the issue diagnosed within 30mins and fixed 45mins later so we could get back on our adventure. Repaired at a great price. Amazing customer service and communication. Thanks team.
