At the beginning, I have had numerous inquiries and adjustments that have needed to be made (at no fault of product) and the team has been attentive and responsive at all times. I never had any problems with the products so far. I’m amazed that I have purchased such good quality products with good deals. Highly recommended products and services!

We recently used HD Reno for a bathroom renovation and we totally love our new bathroom. We bought all the fittings and fixtures and used the team of trades people they have working with them. I'm very happy with the bathroom products and the deal I got from the company. It is a very profession joinery and bathroom renovation company. I wanted a good bathtub, toilet and vanity that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for. They also can provide installations which is very helpful. The renovation teams have done possibly the very best service of all time.I am so impressed! What a remarkable person and company. Great prices and good quality items, but that’s where it ends. During my 2 bathroom renovation I received packages with the wrong items enclosed and on two occasions I has to make trips to their suppliers because promised items hadn’t arrived on time. Am still waiting for a store credit to be applied to my bank account. I’ve had to chase all the issues in a relentless manner as I am convinced they didn’t care once the items were paid for. When their shower screen installer arrived I made it clear to him not to drill into the wall unless I was present as I had the measurements of the water pipe locations in the wall on my phone. I momentarily left the bathroom and he went against my instructions and drilled into a water pipe and flooded 3 rooms of my home.In summation to my experience with HD I just think that their low prices just aren’t worth the aggravation that ultimately follows.My intention was to have them make my kitchen, a built in wardrobe and some 200sq meters of tiles supplied for the rest of the project. That won’t happen. Like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I just didn’t know I ordered a swimming pool.

Totally disappointed with my purchase of a corner vanity unit.It arrived in early December and the courier put it in a place for safety. As I was unable to get a plumber until after Christmas. I did not notice the damage to the packaging as I left it in its packaging until it was opened by a plumber. Findung the skirting to have been severely damaged. I immediately rang the team to explain what had happened and was told they were closed until January. I had the plumber here already and had no bathroom so had to install it. Now hdreno and the company involved will not compensate me for the damaged one because it had been a total of 3 weeks from delivery and now being February.No human compassion as obviously the damage had been done in either the warehouse or in transit. I was only asking for a small compensation to cover costs to put it in due to the damage. I paid a large amount of money and received damaged goods.

Nice and helpful staff. Wonderful products. I bought a vanity and shower screen for my bathroom and done whole kitchen renovation with them. great quality and good price. will definitely come back for the timber floor soon.
