Hunter Hire Cars

Saw these guys on the M1 on 07/09/18 (approx 1.20pm) nearly run another car off the road. was very lucky that no one was hurt in the process. i saw the number on the window so i decided to inform the owners of the business what i had just witnessed only to find out that the driver was one of said owners who straight away started abusing me on the phone. Her name was Louise. the second i said to her i will be doing a review she hung up on me - 5 minutes later she called me back abusing me a second time. and claiming that the other person was at fault.she was in the middle lane the other car in the right lane - she put her indicator on while the other car was in a spot they could NOT have possibly seen said indicator - Louise then started merging over (with a trailer i might add) with no regards to any other traffic around pushing the other car into the stopping lane and nearly into the bushes. said car had to slam their breaks on to prevent an accident.Louise claimed to be that the other car had sped up to prevent her merging. that was NOT true the other car maintained a set speed without speeding up.Also just for the record you were merging into their lane. they have right of way....i am shocked to see that a business owner would abuse some one who had a serious concern. the conversation could have just been i didn't see them and i should be a bit more careful" and that would have been that but to call me back a second time and abuse me is nothing short of flat out unprofessional.I am normally above a name and shame but one thing i can not tolerate is people who have complete disregard for safety on the highways. Speed isn't what causes accidents its people like Louise who have no respect for other road users."

terrible service. email multiple times (and tried calling) to get a simple quote, and they took over a week to respond to each email. But every time they would reply, it would be with the wrong information! They eventually stopped replying

Excellent, great people to deal with , nothing was a problem

Called Louise around midday to book a car for dinner (pick-up 6:45pm) which did not arrive and were told an SMS had been sent (not received) cancelling the booking thus leaving us stranded. We’d booked Muse restaurant in Pokolbin (which is brilliant!) as a special occasion while in the Hunter Valley and asked which mobile Louise had sent the message after which she just hung up and refused to accept our calls .. wholly unprofessional and rude! Ultimately used Cessnock Radio Cabs which were great .. albeit 45 mins late for our reservation. Everyone can make a mistake although to compound it by lying and hanging up speaks volumes for the contempt Louise has for customer service. Very poor!No call, no message .. strange unable to communicate the medical emergency when checking your whereabouts for our booking which we would’ve understood .. opposed to hanging up! Time will judge you and your lies

Louise and Craig were great to deal with on time lots of fun, we had a great day with them highly recommend :)
