Said to me that they can DEFINITELY work with my daughter and I as an adult in an email. After calling them and being told I’ll get a call back, but call again Tuesday if you don’t hear from us, to be told my my SC who also called that they’d call back, I called again and they said they have to ask two people if they actually can work with an adult.. again after telling me they can definitely work with me and I played phone tag and NEVER EVER hear back from them. Very unprofessional in that regard imo

Had nothing but great service from everyone here they have helped my daughters no end both with mental health social workers and OT, some hiccups with initial appointment arranging but they were great and sorted for me asap, highly recommend to anyone, very lucky that my girls go here.
