Worst radiology by far. I called one week ago to book for Friday 9am. Just five mins later I called to changed the time to 10:30am just because I had to pick up my wife from the airport and thought 9am would not be sufficient. The first time it was a lady who answered the phone, the second was a male. I double confirmed with him that if they would have 10:30am available and that male receptionist said yes. When I was actually in the clinic I thought everything is scheduled perfectly even if I waited for 10 mins as the reception lady was talking on her mobile. I am not too sure if she was calling because of work but she was laughing and talking in her own language. Anyway, without the professionality she asked me to wait. but after waiting for 36 mins, I asked the lady who checked me in how much longer it would be. And then she told me I booked 9am, but will be the next one. I was annoyed that why this was not changed in the beginning and she kept saying I booked 9am. Now I understand that it is not ok to behave aggressively, but I think it is very important to be professional in your area. This is a mutual thing which you cannot just ask people to stay calm or say nothing but just being not professional at all. I always use Captial, just because they don’t have the time that suits me so I thought give this one a try. Very sad that this clinic got so high rating which brought up my hope so high. My first and last time!!!!!!!!!

Don’t let the graffiti on the outside or the impression in the waiting room put you off, this place and the people that work here are amazing, I can’t express enough how incredible the service was. I went in for a left side CT guided sciatic injection, Ken was so skilled, kind and informative, I hardly felt a thing!! And on top of that Ken did both sides in the end for the price of one!! I can’t believe how good my lower back and legs felt immediately. I give my word on everything I have said, and after the rebate it was incredibly cheap, I spend more in a pub in an arvo!Thank you all so much,Nathan

A very excellent experience all round.Friendly and effective booking process.Friendly reception and the two radiographers that took my scans were pleasant, friendly and made the stay comfortable.

We had traumatised experience with another image centre to try to get an x-ray taken. Phoned this practice, were given very clear instructions and made appointment smoothly. Went there, met by lovely receptionist and friendly radiologist, x-ray was taken. No fuss, just easy smooth process and great customer service. Comparing to our previous bad experience with another image centre, RIS Footscray is really impressive!

Great service. Friendly and responsive receptionist. I got an appointment within two days. Very competent, friendly and reassuring radiographer (thank you,Vivian). After explaining the urgency, I got the results within three hours, instead of the usual three days.

The staff were professional and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised at the short wait time for my scan. My scan process was a great experience as they paid a lot of attention to my need, asked the right questions and did not rush things. Highly recommended.

You should avoid this terrible facility. I felt uneasy as I approached the building and I didn't feel comfortable sitting down as all the chairs had stains on them. The sonographer's beside manner was poor; she barely engaged with me. I left feeling quite upset. I definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Booked an US guided steroid injection for an elbow for my relative here. The doctor whom performed it was extremely gentle and pleasant, my relative's symptoms are much better now, thank you! Would recommend this Radiology clinic to anyone, the staff are super friendly and professional!
