Can”t do attitude!!L Horrible experience. Purchased new iPad from JBs, required some basic technical assistance. Don’t bother with this store. Staff member was hiding behind the shelves, reluctant to engage in assistance. Became “huffy” and basically said sort it our yourself. Rude Obtuse Unhelpful.

I was helped by Kasey today. She was absolutely amazing doing her best to solve the issue that I was having going absolutely above and beyond! When I came in to swap over my faulty camera she helping me to upgrade to a much better one which will help me out so much and made the process super quick and easy!
