We recently had the Preference Hybrid flooring in Onyx installed in our regional property and have had nothing but compliments on the exceptional look and finish of the product. It is so durable and makes such a statement against the white walls and timber furniture. The team was Hoppers Crossing (Anthony and Jenifer) were fantastic to deal with, and our installer Sinthu was very particular about installation, making sure we had the best finish, including all the trims into wet areas and around the kitchen and fireplace. I recently replaced carpets and floor tiles replaced with Hybrid wooden floor from CQ. Anthony from the Hoppers Crossing store provided excellent advice and service through the purchase and installation process. He was eager to get the business and matched a lower quote from another vendor. He also suggested the tiles that were in stock and could be quickly installed. His team of installers were also very professional and ensured that the tiles were installed correctly, even in tricky places like the space underneath the kitchen island for dishwasher. Overall I'm very happy with the experience.
