We recently completed a second story extension of our home. We cannot recommend Richard and the team at NuVison enough. Richard kept us informed throughout the whole process. Not only did they meet our expectations, they also went above and beyond to exceed them. It was the little things that made the whole process seamless, from moving heavy furniture upstairs to being patient with some of our decision making, and always making sure the other parts of the house were spotless and clean at days end! From the start of our design process through to construction and follow-up, NuVision demonstrated their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and true passion for their business. It is clear that their true purpose is to ensure their client’s complete satisfaction, and each and every individual – from owners to designers to contractors to office manager – put in the time, effort, and energy to ensure that they accomplish this goal.
