I have owned pets for 30 years and have also lived in the area for the same amount of time. I have visited many vets for various reasons, from checkups to serious surgeries for my dogs, but have encountered at times in some clinics, surly receptionists, or vets I felt didn't care for my pets or didn't care to begin a professional and warm relationship with me, as if I were only there to line their pockets. With Patricia Carnovale at the Abbotsbury Clinic, I have been very happy with the warm and attentive service, the establishment of a true caring relationship from Dr Carnovale towards my pets and a real feeling of their 'going beyond the call of duty' when it came to my pets health and happiness. When the big things like surgery are handled professionally and safely, and the little things like a friendly manner are always present, who would want to go anywhere else? I am very very happy that Dr Carnovale is in the area and will continue to see to my pets throughout their lives. She's saved their lives numerous times and looks after them so so well.

Trish is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Her duty of care is on another level. Amazing practitioner…. But an even better person. My dog Chiquita luffs her.

Dr Patricia and her team has looked after all our dogs for over 20 years. I have never met a more professional, caring, compassionate, and understanding team.To say Dr Patricia goes above and beyond in all her treatments and care is an understatement.Always taking the time to explain and making sure our dogs, felt secure and not stressed during their visits.As I said for over 20 years she has looked after all our dogs. She had nursed them through, skin allergies, allergic reactions, red belly snake bites, cancer, Parvo, liver disease, brown snake bite, she worked with our big maremma dog trying to help her as her back legs were not working.At times a couple of my dogs challenged her. One wanted to play you can’t see me and she had a mutual understanding with another one of them LOLDr Patricia and her nurses were so understanding and compassionate when we had to say goodbye to our furry family members. Letting us be with them and giving us the time we needed with them to say goodbye. Never rushing us out of the room, so compassionate.They explain everything to you and you can ask whatever you need. Nothing is an issue.They are truly amazing and we are so blessed and privileged to have her and her team look after our beautiful dogsThankyou Patricia, Kell and also to all your team. I can say without any reservation that Patricia is an absolutely amazing veterinarian, and a wonderful soul. Patricia has been with taking care of our family’s pets for well over 20 years and she has helped us through some very tough times. Likewise, through times both good and bad, Patricia has always put our pets welfare first, and has shown that her decisions are guided by a genuine care for animals and not for profit.
