Executive Training Group has Become BCI Institute

Just completed a Construction White card with Christopher and the team from BCI, from my first point of contact Keira through to the completion of the course, it was both professionally conducted and very informative. Chris and the team are professionals in the field and I recommend them ahead of other RTOs I have used in the past. Great stuff!

All your licensing needs!I got a couple of licenses and certificates with Executive training group, from an employment provider and was swiftly able to obtain full time employment..Chris is a Great bloke that ensures full competency with he’s training for said license, certificate etc..A+I had the pleasure of Darryl doing the first part of the assessment, what a great bloke also, real knowledgeable on all aspects and makes everything easy to understand. I’d Give him a pay rise..A++

Our Trainer Daryl Jackway is a brilliant trainer. You can clearly see that he loves what he does. I liked how he explained in great detail the roles in Security and if I couldnt get what he was saying, I was very comfortable and he was very approachable for me to ask him to explain. He would then, explain it to me in a different way that suited me.Security is a very serious career and the course should be undertaken in a class environment not a online type of course. The First Aid part of the course could be done online, however, the security part definatley should be in a class room as I found that the scenario's were really effective, to help me understand how important the job really is. I did find that 18 days is really not enough time to complete the course, as I would have liked more time with slides on WHS/OHS. I think Daryl is very competent, and confident in his ability to train people. I also believe that he would be an excellent qualified RTO in this industry as there are so many different career paths within and to have him as an Trainer and Assessor would be a credit to BCI Institute and a credit to himself. BCI are very lucky to have Daryl Jackway.

Look, all and all it was a good course with the instructor we had, Tony, he was a top bloke and got along with the group we had really well and went above and beyond to help us get through the course with his incredible teaching style. Daryl was a good bloke too and was amazing at teaching us too without making us feel like we were in a classroom. Chris however was quite disgusting with his attitude and how we handled teaching. Very arrogant and disrespectful, he would degrade the students when he had to teach and had a very dictatorship style to teaching, I mean we’re adults and he expected us to ask for permission to going to the toilet or answer the phone. I would understand if we were in primary school but we are adults? I don’t know any other RTO that would conduct business in this way. If we had Chris teaching us for the whole course I would have left just by how bad he was. I would not recommend if your instructor is Chris.

Highly recommend Chris and the team at Executive Training. Recently completed my forklift course here and found the teaching and support offered absolutely amazing.

i completed my rsa course with darryl and i recommend a better place to do so!! i tried completing my rsa online but i couldn’t complete it without spending another $200 or so and needs my rsa asap and BCI were quick, efficient and reliable
