Amazing place. Extremely qualified instructors EP. Winner of Courier Mail Best Instructor. Nutritionist and other extremely qualified.You never feel out of place. Young, older, in between. We all get on so well.

What can I possibly say in such a limited space? Spectrum are simply amazing, the staff here are always bright, bubbly, funny, helpful and understanding. They go above and beyond what I would think is normal expectations of a business. The course materials delivered are outlined in a way that is unambiguous, succinct and easy to understand. Ros, Shanna, Cara, Abby, Belinda, Brad and the other staff are prompt to answer any questions and address any concerns that you may have and leaves you walking away not only informed but confident and inspired. Thanks for being awesome everyone at Spectrum and keep on shining you good things.

Love going there. Very peaceful to do any sessions there. And there's always no rush or waiting to use any of the equipments for any sessions or workout there. Which is good and its better then any other gym that I had been in the past.
