He the most rude person the old man his name is roomi he doesn’t know anything about the carI was call by him and he said I can’t do your blue slip for no reason

Over charge me for a blue slip ! I had to ring rms to figure out why my blue slip was so expensive!! They inform me to ring auto care back and ask them why I have been over charge. Auto care repaid me on the over charge & said there reason for over charging is because my car had special treatment and extra service. My car is brand new ! And we paid for a inspection before we brought it . I didn't ask for any special service just a simple blue slip . Please notify customer before adding any extras service! Would not recommend this place !

Very dodgy place, would not recommend this place to anyone. Dont even know how to open the hood for my car and still says they do the top service and asks $130 dollars. The boss didnt want to tell me how long it would take to get the blue slip nor the exact price when asked numerous times. He just kept saying he is busy and just wait.I ended up not getting it done even though I had to wait there for quite a long time and had to show them how to operate my car because he is just a greedy and sly person.

Did safety check without a booking on a Saturday, will use again!!! Highly Recommend!!!

They are very professional and have good customer service skills. I went there fewtimes and received A+ service. Comparatively better service charges. Good people and good customer services.

Very rude shop owner and 0 friendliness

Very dodgy guys. Stay away from them. When my friend towed his broken-down car to this guy, they straightforward told it's not worthy to fix as the gearbox needs to be replaced. My friend found a 2nd hand gearbox with a very reasonable price, just before ordering he confirmed with them, they said buy it, when my friend went to pick up the gearbox this mechanic told him also to buy transfer case. Then my friend smelled fishiness and he took the car another place. The problem was only in tail shaft, no issue with gearbox or transfer case. This mechanic doesn't know about car repairs, he is expert in reaping off people. So stay away from Greenacre Autocare.
