What a Fantastic Experience. Being a Local we were a bit worried leading up to the day as there was alot of poor weather. Andrew assured us that it was going to be a great day fishing and HE WAS NOT WRONG!.This Man knows his stuff.The Day of the trip it was beautiful blue sky's, Incredibly calm water and Exhilarating Fishing!Andrew knows the spots that will get hits, he knows what to do and it is just a great environment.Andrew was professional but also easy to talk and joke with.I could not recommend this business highly enough.

Amazing day of fishing, and great value for money. Great fishing spots, caught plenty of fish and a few barra which was a thrill. Filleted the fish and bagged them all for us. Great service and a great feed. Highly recommended and had a great time with Andrew.

I have fished with Andrew for many years and he has always provided a top Day out filled with quality fish. His barra expertise in local waters can not be faulted. We often have had 10-20 legal barras caught which is incredible in local waters. He allows us to keep a few fish but a lot go back too. His boat is set up perfectly for the fishing he does and is comfortable and new. We take our own food and drinks which is no problem and actually preferable.I have also chased Spanish mackeral with Andrew and caught big numbers of quality fish in short time, even allowing us to to go and get a few barra afterwards. Overall 10/10 - the best guide I’ve fished with.

We had a great time over two days. You need to provide your own food and drinks which can be bought on the way in a truck stop with a coffee. No big deal. Andrew worked really hard and moved around and didn't mind getting snagged up as that is where the Barra are". Four of us got a few fish each up to 90cm. Andrew even took us to the local pub for a beer which was great. Great charter."

Would not recommend to anyone, my mum booked this for me and my stepdad and was highly disappointed. We were told we were chasing mackerel out the reef, after about 2 hours of chasing bait we sat near the shore wondering what we were chasing, when we asked he finally said we are after Barra. It was too windy to go out to the reef"

This was the second time we have been out with Andrew. Both times have been cracking days getting us on to plenty of fish and the young fella got a Barra on this trip to top it off. Great to chat with and always got a good story. Will 100% be going back out with Andrew next time we are up to watch the Cowboys!

Been fishing with Meadsy on and off over the past 5 yrs and never missed, always lives up to his reputation as the Best Barra Guide in NQ. Apart from his dedication to always catch you a fish or ten from the time you hop on the boat, one the most enjoyable parts of the charter is that Andrew always is keen to make you a better fisherman as well by teaching you his ways. There wouldn't be another guide with the amount of knowledge about fishing around Townsville and he is always happy to let you know some of his secrets.
