Worst customer service one can ever provide. Staff is so rude and arrogant. Talking in their own language in front of the customers looks like an racist act and could even be sarcasm on customers getting there job done. Never visit this place. Waste of time. Better to somewhere else rather than dealing with their unprofessional and disrespectful staff.

came here today as i went to another salon yesterday and they did a terrible job. they fixed my nails up beautifully and the lettering on my nails are stunning and clean 11/10 recommend! staff are very friendly and also very cheap but amazing

I done the nail from them not good experience first they don’t talk to you they are talking their own language not even ask you what you interested. When they done the nail and it brakes after a week.

Got my nails done from the salon yesterday. I asked to get SNS done in ombré. I picked a glitter black and gold. Anna who did my nails suggested that I pick plain black instead. She did an amazing job and my nails look gorgeous. I would highly recommend this nail salon. Keep up the good work girls.

Just wanted to let you know I used this business and am very disappointed. The ladies were talking loud in their language when I was there and other lady with a client which I thought was rude. I also have a bubbly finish in my sns and also have a nail infection to top it off. Bit of a rough job I will not be going back!

* Unhygienic - had to ask the lady to change her gloves after finishing another woman's pedicure.* Made 3 x toes bleed.* Some nails are lumpy and polish is uneven after manicure

Where do I even start with these ladies ?They are amazing, they all do a great job and are very friendly!Kathy has done my nails the last few times but they are all good to be honest, very well priced and are always busy.. but they do their best and don't rush their clients.This is one of my favourites yet, I got sns and shellac.

Worst experience ever!!! Terrible and absolutely rude customer service!!! Owner or person in charge very rude, they treat coloured people differently!!! Went in for pedicure and the girl didn’t cut and shape as I asked and missed doing the small toes, the scrubbing process was - put on scrub, rub to and fro once and pedicure was done!!! Staff was similarly rude and continue talk in their language… When I asked why no dead skin was taken out and why no cream etc as the ladies next to me were getting, response was that I had no dead skin!!! Couldn’t believe they think that they could do this in Australia and get away with kind of behaviour/ service… walked away feeling very miserable and shaken up!!!

I’ve been going there for years without any troubles and I’ve been refused service because I asked why they won’t do a French manicure on longer nails. They proceeded to tell me that I’ve always caused problems and that because I was speaking a different language that I swore at them :) Wouldn’t recommend, terrible customer service.
