Goodstart Early Learning Burleigh Waters

My Children love coming this is because the facilities are great and the educators caring, make learning fun and are professional. I would not leave my 7 month old anywhere else as I trust the ladies and they look after her like she is their own. The centre director is amazing.

Awesome Centre!!!! Educators and staff are fantastic. We have been with the Centre for 3 years and our daughter has flourished with their care and guidance. High recommend this child care centre.

The best daycare ever both my kids have gone to goodstart centres but this one truely is amazing from the very knowledgeable early educators to the healthy food and great facilities and not to mention lee who is always so helpful

I could honestly not rate this child care centre any higher. We have attended this centre for 4 years now from the nursery all the way up to the kindergarten room. All staff are absolutely amazing at what they do and they care for our children as if it was their own. I’ve always felt like this place was like a second home because it has such a warm, welcoming feeling about it. The rooms are really cosy and nice, located in such a good spot in Burleigh Waters with water views from the kindergarten room which has allowed the children to explore further through “beach kindy” once again, could not recommend enough!

My son has been attending Goodstart Burleigh Waters for a couple of years and my daughter now attends as well. They both love the centre and learn so much from going there. I love seeing the photos of all the great activities they do each day. The staff are all wonderful and very caring. The centre director Miss Lee is always very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

I have attended this centre for 3 years, having both of my children go 3x days a week. The educators are true carers and I always felt so comfortable leaving my babies with them (since they were 4 months old). They also played a key part in developing so many skills for my children including toilet training! Thank you for being so wonderful. My kids love going to daycare because of all of you.

*****Edit*****Two years further down the track, and now our son is now also thriving in the care of the wonderful family @ GS Burleigh Waters! How we felt then is still how we feel today. We consider our family to be very lucky to be a part of this community, full of the best educators you could ever hope for! 20.06.21*****************************************************Our family has been extremely lucky to have been a part of the Burleigh Waters centre for 18 months now. Our daughter is thriving from the care of her wonderful educators. Worst experience. Put our baby on the waitlist 1 year ago. Called in Jan 17 to confirm waitlist position and was told to pop into the Centre and pay a $50 booking fee. Went to the Centre to pay fee and was told there was no need to pay the fee and that they would call me a month prior to our waitlist date. Contacted them 2.5 months prior and was told that they wouldn't be able to offer us 4 days and never would have been able to offer 4 days. 4 days is a stretch for them (thanks for telling me this afternoon 1 whole year!). They could only offer 1 day. Director, Leigh said she would call around the other GS Centres to see if they could fit us into another one. She said that she would call me back. 30 mins later I receive an email from an Admin Staff member saying no can do, they can't fit us in at any of their Centres! Not only a huge much around and stressful situation for us now and also the worst customer service ever. You don't say youll call someone back and then palm it off to an Admin worker to send an email". We're glad that our baby isn't attending any of the Good Start Centres. This experience speaks for all of the Centres if they are going to employ staff with this level of service! Not a care in the world for your situation!"

Both my kids have been at Goodstart since they were 10 months old. The team are like family to us.
