I have read the reviews below & being in retail myself I do understand how some people react & literally have no consideration for the retail staff. Sure not every staff member is over the top but the team at Neutral Bay are fantastic. I have always been treated excellently & truly respect Ali & Allison for their commitment to excellence customer service. Keep up the great work you are my 'go to pharmacy' thank you.

My favourite go to pharmacy is Neutral Bay Chemist Warehouse. Prices are very reasonable compared to other pharmacies in the area. Alison the manager there is very helpful and runs the place exceptionally well. She really goes above and beyond with her customer service and always ensures the place is well stocked. Staff there are also friendly and happy to help. I love the click and collect - its quick, organised and very convenient too. Plenty of free street parking nearby. Have also noticed a recent improvement with the security guards too. Highly recommended.

At 1pm today I was served by Rev ,who gave me excellent service. He was highly efficient, polite and went out of his way to assist me- Rev is an asset to Chemist Warehouse Neutral Bay . His employer should definitely reward him.

The most unprofessional, unkind and unpleasant pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Say one thing, do another and expect people to go without medications for months at a time despite being told it would be avail in a month and there being visible supplies in the fridge. I am so tired of this place and the rudeness I experience frequently. Go anywhere else, Priceline Pharmacy down the road have a much nicer manner and were far more compassionate.

Not recommending people to come to this store. This young lady was so rude to me, i don't know her name but I sure do know she has problems. I can't believe this is the service i received. I have to agree with the comment i read about this store, people do hate their lives. If you are pony tail tomboy, please do not sell a female product to me as if i needed it, U NEED IT

The staff at the prescription desk ignored me for over 5 minutes. They actively avoided eye contact and showed no customer service skills. I had to leave saying I guess I'll come back then" and they still didn't acknowledge me.To make it worse it wasn't even busy and no one was waiting for prescriptions.Maybe I won't come back with service like that."
