I was referred to National PC Solutions for a warranty claim on my phone. Sam was so helpful and friendly and communicated by both phone & email throughout the process. I was also very impressed with the speed at which everything happened. Would definitely be happy using them again.

It has been super challenging to try and get a cracked screen fixed during COVID and Stage 4 lockdown but Sam has been super friendly and helpful during the whole process. She was apologetic with he delay as the part is taking longer to come in than usual (which is totally understandable and no fault of theirs) so I am reviewing them based on the Customer Service I have received and they have been amazing!

Unbelievably incompetent.The technicians took an entire month to replace 2 ram modules, and then sent back my computer, in the same box I sent it in (which was already ripped and repaired with tape), with the computer case broken.After sending it back AGAIN, and waiting another month (this is all happening during one of my busiest University Semesters by the way), they declared the computer irreparable, and provided me with a store credit refund.After convincing them to return my old hard drive, and asking for the cables to be included (which they agreed to), I received the hard drive, 2 weeks later, with no cables whatsoever.There has just been constant mistakes made on their end and I can't recommend people to steer clear of them enough.

Fantastic customer service and swift problem resolution! (Especially during these trying times!) Jackie went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. He communicated everything to me and made sure I understood what was happening. He even contacted me beyond his work hours to ensure I everything went well. Thank you Jackie!!

Worst company ever! Don't touch them with a ten foot pole! Sent my laptop to get fixed for battery, comes back with glue smudged on my screen! Not only that they put a refurbished battery! Sent it the second time to get the screen fixed, comes back with the same battery problem I had before. 3rd time sent it to get battery fixed again, comes back with my power button being stuck and very hard to press. WORST COMPANY EVER. Will be going to ombursment, this is ridiculous.

Completely lazy and useless service. I had my computer fix through JB HiFi extended warranty, and in the description sheet, I did explained in very details what went wrong with the computer. 4 weeks later I received the exact same unit with exact same problems, all they have done was factory reset which I can do it myself. Completely rubbish. I'd love to give them minus 5-star service if google even has that rating system...

Worst experience, i gave my laptop to change the battery 6 weeks ago and they still have it. They didn’t respond to my mail and when I call them they said I will get it this week. I’ve been hearing this from last 3 weeks. I don’t usually rate but these guys force me to do it. I will not reckon anyone.

WORST REPAIRER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Not only did they fail to fix the fault, they completely ignored another fault altogether. I had to send off for a second repair, they kept my computer for a week and did nothing to it. When I requested for the repair report, they emailed me the FIRST repair report, and underneath in block capitals said 'we tested a few times and works fine'. To cap it off, when dealing with my warranty company to get the matter resolved, they claimed they couldn't even find record of the first repair. Literally the most useless company I have ever dealt with.

I was pretty impressed with these guys. They provided the warranty service for a cheap Kogan laptop, so I figured the service would be pretty minimal. Instead, they were responsive, fast, and got the job done. I spoke to one of their staff, who did a great job of keeping me up to date. The laptop came back in the same packaging I sent it in (which is my responsibility to provide, not theirs), and I was pleased to see it came back clean (no fingerprints on the screen, unlike my last Apple repair). The 1 star reviews for these guys don't make much sense to me, there was nothing to complain about in my experience, and much to be pleased with.

Had to send my PC to them for repairs as per JB Hifi’s warranty program. Once it arrived, I received an email to say it was on its way back to me via Australia post. Came back in flimsy packaging with minimal protection, went to the wrong address which is how I know they didn’t read my repair instructions. There was no repair description, no response to emails and the phone number is pretty much bogus. I finally got through to them via JB hifi and was told they replaced the hard drive and repaired the motherboard supposedly. My CPU itself isn’t turning on at all which was most definitely not the problem before. I have no idea what they’ve done but JB hifi wants me to post it back to them at my own expense. This company is absolutely terrible, do not deal with them if you ever have the choice.
