One of the worst job network providers, constantly canceled payments when attending everything required.Over one months wait for a clearance to even be sent away resulting in missing out on placement hours. I have called and sent emails both of which they claim they never received despite screenshot evidence. All together a really unprofessional company

I’ve only ever had two good consultants there they help you out for a job seeker but then they got moved to parenting .After that I felt like a dirty sock being passed around the office or the deal with that later kind of person, Sure they Help you out but they have un reasonable Expectations for you to jump through hoops to achieve them. be fair warned when going in there to wear a peg on your nose because so many bodies in that small area is very stinky and no ventilation. And they do cut you off your payments for the small infringements

They really enjoy cancelling your payments for literally no reason.I ring and explain I can't come into an appointment because I'm AT WORK, and still they cut me off and expect me to spend my only 30 minute lunch break in a 9 hour day to ring them and get them to do their jobs properly.Out sourcing this stuff to companies like job prospects is baffling.

What can I say the person that helps me with my stuff is bloody awesome, she has been a true rock while helping me look for work and also her support when my dad passed away earlier this year.

If you go for an interview here, you would be lucky to get a call back, I had two interviews and then had to constantly follow up, they don't return your calls and are filled with excuses , if they treat potential employees like this, how do they treat their clients? Very poor people skills

I think they need to drug and alcohol test their staff. I was appalled about 8 years ago I went there to register and the guy doing my paper work stunk of alcohol. Also one of the managers not sure if it was a man or a woman had ice scabs on its face. Never again ever thank god I am employment now

Almost always flexible. Don't often have to wait if I'm early and if I'm unable to attend usually allows a few days before absolutely needing evidence to why can't attend

Absolutely lack of communication you have to wait about 15 minutes after your meant to be called up, everyone is extremely lazy when it comes to anything.
