I have worked in the Hair industry for six years, and I have bought countless amounts of hair extensions, and I’ve worked with more brands of hair extensions from around the world that I can count on my fingers. I bought the ponytail extensions from Portia and Alexa and my mind was blown! The quality of the hair! the cuticle is still intact, the dye doesn’t Bleed and the price that you pay for such great quality hair with this company specifically is absolutely mind blowing. I’ve bought from big brands that advertise heavily on social media and I felt for the price that I pay with them compared to portia and Alexa I feel like I’m being ripped off, but I paid $280 for a 26 inch ponytail extension piece and in comparison to other brands I feel Like an absolute goddess when I wear this extension piece. The cuticle is intact the colour staying power is amazing. I can do a full round brush blowdry with product and the hair and the style stays for so so long! It Feels so silky smooth and it feels like it’s in such great condition and it doesn’t Matt up when it’s put in water. It doesn’t know when product is distributed through the hair and it just feels amazing and it’s so comfortable to sit in my hair ! If you’re a hairdresser and you’re looking to stock a brand for extensions, then look no further! I highly recommend Portia and Alexa, I fully back them and I am extremely particular when it comes to extensions, especially for blending power and also for quality. The colour range is amazing and I find with the extensions. They are definitely dyeable and they take colour and any sort of product so well and saturate perfectly. If you’re unsure of the colour range they do have the colour rings that you can buy online and the matches, especially the blonde is absolutely impeccable. I cannot fault it whatsoever.

I have purchased several halos and ponytails extensions from P.A and they are fantastic. I buy the ash Brown colour and theirs is the only one I have found that is ash and the quality is amazing too. Quiet Happy with the product I received. As explained a bit of shedding and a few nano hooks hard to apply. But rather good quality. Thick from top to bottom with ever strand.

By far the lowest quality hair I have ever purchased. Within two weeks the hair was matting and shading. I have not toned, colored or bleached the hair. Iv been treating the hair yet still matting. The hair is so short now. Will never buy from this site again. customer service just as bad.
