They don't do Sodastream exchange despite selling new bottles. Typical corporates. Go to big w or kmart better stores.

Not shopping there again as I did not know targets did not have staff.Without staff there is no wages.Without people working there is no money to buy clothing or items.No Money or work means target in themselves will go broke.That is the problem with money hungry greedy people. In the end targets like every store that follows that path will cease to exist.

Outstanding culture and people management, particularly evident with the two (young and old males) door/entry attendants who both go out of their way to personalise their greeting to every customer that walks in the door, often you receive an equally genuine farewell if they're not occupied engaged in the former. Exceptional!

Big store, but felt a little empty. I don't recall seeing a team member anywhere in the shop other than the 2 at the counters. For a shop of this size, I'd have expected to see shelf fillers or team members tidying - which this store could have used.

I don't buy much here but I like going in for a look every now and again. I find their clothes don't fit me that well. I've bought more clothes for my husband at Target and they seem to fit him ok. Good for kids clothes especially when there's a change in seasons and the clothes are on sale.

Was at the counter standing for a customer service lady to charge me for a phone charger that I bought. She was in the backroom.When she came to serve me she looked depressed and it seemed like she didn't want to serve anyone. No greetings as well.I was going to ask her if she was alright, but she was not making any eye contact either. She served me like she was doing me a favour.Target Chermside back counter next to Digital and Books.

Just wanted to express my gratitude to Target Chermside's front store customer service member Dave, whose gregarious lively spirit always cheers my wife and I up when we come in to shop. He's definitely an asset to your store and I've seen time and again how helpful and friendly he is, going out of his way to make each customer feel welcomed.Kudos, Dave, you're amazing.

Visited the Westfield's Chermside Target yesterday. Got to the checkout and the Customer Service Assistant- Jada offered to help me with bags for my items. Then also assisted me with checkout process. End to end service with great service and a big smile. Thank you Jada.

The staff at door and counter are so nice there, the guy at the entrance greets everyone so enthusiastically and the lady at checkouts is very friendly. the others floating around the store don’t say anything
