Aluminium Warehouse

Wonderful service! Sadly we could not find anyone in Brisbane to do exactly what we wanted so we tried Aluminium Warehouse in Sydney. And overall cheaper to have delivered from Sydney than pick up in Brisbane. Pleasant experience from start to finish. A small job but no problem for them and treated us like a big customer. Arrived 3 days after ordering. Great experience!

I have purchased aluminium here on a few occasions. Always helpful with fair prices. Highly recommended. Wish they had a branch on the other side of the harbour. Still, worth the drive.

Ordered some hard to find aluminium strips online at 8pm, received an email at 8am the next day letting me know they were on the truck and would be delivered that morning. Great service!

Every time I call or go to AW the staff are rude and do not have the time of day. The prices are fairly expensive however they do have a good range of products at a high quality. Even when I know exactly what stock I am after, I still get rushed through the process and kicked out the door. I would suggest calling Warringah Aluminum.

I bought the “Knot Wood” slat screen and gate system. I am very happy with my decision to use that product.

I recently visited the Aluminium Warehouse in Brookvale as I needed some various lengths of aluminium for a job at home. The guys in the shop were really helpful and I was able to buy my items on the spot. They gave great advice and also cut some to the measurements that I needed at no extra cost. They also wrapped the lengths in plastic so I could tie them onto my roof rack. Great service. I would definitely recommend them and they have a huge range of products to choose from.

Very disappointed...Ordered based on design provided and based on their calculations quote came up to more than 5k. When material was delivered caps and infill were missing (was told I should have known, wonder why they exist then if I’m supposed to be the expert on their material), and had about 30% excess material, so likely more than 1k. When asked to return and refund I was told they would charge me for restock. Never heard anything sillier. When additional material was ordered (as it was missing from their original order), guess what.. it didn’t fit. Clearly they didn’t even bother checking back on their original order. In short, just order somewhere else if you are really set on this product, which is not cheap, and expect a different service for this brand and this price.

I have bought quite a number of things here .. always expert advice and good service.
