Bought many jewelleries from here. Very good quality and great service. The manager has served us whenever we’ve visited the store and he has always been very helpful. Request to speak to the manager when you are there as he can provide a special price on certain items.

The saleslady kept on trying to steer me towards necklaces she thought was better suited to my lifestyle and situation based on assumptions. Active listening skills weren't good. I ended up leaving and buying from Santos Customs Jewellers.

I saw these earrings online that I wanted to buy my sister as a birthday gift. The website showed they were in stock at Mount Druitt. I was greeted by a team member named Theresa, she was so warm & welcoming. She was able to find the exact earrings I was after & even showed me similar options. Theresa also helped me sign up to become a member & receive a members discount. The whole transaction was so smooth & easy. Thank you Theresa!

I go to michael hill every 6 months for clean & diamond inspection of my bridal set. All the staff i have encountered are wonderful. Service is great.

On two recent occasions, we unfortunately found the staff to be dishonest & unprofessional.1. We visited the Mt Druitt store looking for a particular ring, which they didn't have in stock, & were advised that their system doesn't allow them to search availability at other stores. We then went to Michael Hill Penrith, who looked online, found that the ring was available in a QLD store, & had it sent down. Mt Druitt lost that $6,000 sale.2. We were then quoted $200 by Mt Druitt to have the ring resized. When we explained that we had been quoted only $110 by the Penrith store, we were told that Penrith, Mt Druitt, Blacktown, and a few other Michael Hill stores share the same jeweller, so the prices don't fluctuate between stores. While Mt Druitt's jeweller was available, Penrith's jeweller was on xmas holidays, returning in the new year. We then went to Michael Hill Blacktown who also quoted $110.

My wife has purchased a lot of jewellery from Michael Hill but I noticed that they don't haven't any sort of loyalty program for buyers.

I Popped in to get my wife a birthday present and was served by Mary who was so very helpful.She went above and beyond to help select a suitable pair of earrings without being pushy about the sale. She offered great advice and really went out of her way to help which is why I chose to buy from Michael Hill and not elsewhere.

Great service good selection just need to have more ways to use after pay like apps like open pay I give 5 stars when u allow open pay

Staff are very friendly and informative and will deliver you a great shopping experience. Prices are reasonable and wait for a sale and this shop is neat and good lighting used. I brought two G shock watches from here and very happy with them , definitely be a return shopper

Customer service is declining! I went back on 12 July 2018 for regular cleaning of my ring. 2 female and one male staff were on duty on the day. The short dark skin/hair female (1) took my ring and straight away went to the back without any word. I had to tell the other lady (2) (taller with fair skin) that i had to come back for it. And she said it will only take 2-3 minutes". I said "that's weird cause before i was told the longer they clean it the better. I think now you do a rush job". When I returned to pick up my ring lady (2) handed it to me and said "here it's all sorted". No customer service at all! Also only the male staff Namish had a name tag
