Have had continuous great experiences with this store! Tonight the 3 teenage workers I interacted with, along with others, were clearly working very hard and producing delicious pizzas in a timely fashion despite the fact it was clearly very busy. I was served quickly and had an easy and pleasant time ordering with the staff and then proceeded to watch my pizza be made with care and ease in no time.I have had similar experiences with this store in the past so thought it was worth making a review! The staff are always helpful and efficient and it is evident they have lots of responsibility, all of which they fulfill! The hard-working and kind employees truly make this place extra special. Considering the stress they must be under during busy hours and the things they have to manage in the hospitality industry- they are exceptional!On the one occasion in which my delivery was a bit late, the store was very apologetic and fixed it straight away ensuring I got my order ASAP and it arrived with a free garlic bread and drink due to the wait. Have never had a problem with service here.I have however noticed lots of negativity and rude attitudes applied to the staff by managers who never seem to actually help during peak hours but instead just boss around employees. I'm sure they do much more than I see, but I do think there is some unfair treatment. I once saw a women manager being extremely rude to other workers during one of my visits and it was appalling to see her treat coworkers with so little respect while she remained unhelpful and unproductive.Overall I highly recommend the food and customer service is great for a fast food place but maybe new management is necessary.

Very bad domino’s pizza I have ever ordered here. They will give pizza as if they have thrown all the items on the pizza. The spring onion is thrown on the pizza. They have taken for granted. Fit for a zero star.

Absolutely incompetent. Watched 2 pizzas fall on the floor and almost 2 sides. By the time I got my order, the pizza was missing and it was cold. Didn't bother paying and walked out. Waste of my time, over an hour

Where do I start.....Toowong Dominos provided me with the best experience that I have ever had in my life. It was even better than the care the nursing home provided for my mother before she kicked the bucket.I was served by a delightful young girl Lucy. Her smile brought me so much joy. She was quick and efficient.Best pizza ever!!

Bridget and Olivia are the hardest workers I have ever seen in my many years of life. They provided me with the best pizza my stomach has ever ingested. These gals deserve a raise!!!! They made it so speedy I was gobsmacked. Usain Bolt of pizza am I right??? Cher to these fantastic employees

Terrible service. Went up to the counter to order and were ignored for 10 minutes while the 7 staff stood in a circle and chatted. We decided to order on the app, while we were doing so, every customer who walked in after us was served.When they finally gave us our pizzas, one of them was wrong, they were really poorly made (a slice didn't even have cheese) and had the worst cutting job I've seen in my life.The bar is already pretty low for dominos, but somehow they limboed under it.Go to the one in Taringa instead.I've never left a review for anything in my life but this was so bad I had to.

Called in twice during my 5 day stay in Toowong at Domino's Toowong, straight forward with the ordering & didn't wait long to get served. Excellent value & either eat in or takeaway.Good menu choice.
