Went through the drive through… waited for ages… drove off - the coffee was made wrong and the brekky wrap had little to no egg and was soggy as and Cold! Wont ever go back….

Sleepless have a great owner who is passionate about coffee, however sometimes I feel that the staff don't share that same passion.Takeaway coffees are always really average (burnt or too milky), iced lattes tend to be either bitter or too weak and not an ideal milk to coffee ratio.Coffee is improved when eating in, slightly better consistency and flavour.Also, it's not a fast food chain so prepare to wait a bit in the drive-thru, especially if they're busy inside too.The food is generally always great, especially the pulled pork sandwich (ask for it toasted).All in all, a pretty decent cafe and I would personally recommend eating in to give it a go.

Went drive through, wait was not too bad however when returned home order was incorrect and cold. I rang the shop to let them know, only to have girl laugh about it. Very poor customer skills, obviously no care for customers and poor work ethic.

Great coffee and super friendly staff who were very helpful. Highly recommend their beans. Coffee is priced the same generally. As other reviewers note it's generally made to temperature, which is great to drink it straight away but just be aware.

Sleepless City Coffee Roasters on Stenner
This is my new go-to coffee place in Toowoomba. I am quite new to the area, so I am still on the hunt for great coffee places around. This just so happens to be the closest and the times I have been here, the coffee was great. I have only gone through the drive-thru, never inside. They do need to consider hiring more staff though. Sometimes you can wait a while for a coffee here.

With an empty restaurant and only 4/5 cars in the drive thru (one ordered and one at the box the others not yet served) the wait was still quite long.We sat at the window for 15 mins after paying, Food came to the car before the 1 ice latte and 1 babychino (not hard to make) the breaky wrap was searing hot but very soggy and when the babychino finally arrived it was ice cold.Usually love sleepless and the coffee is great so will give them another shot but have noticed the wait times for even a single coffee through the drive thru have been getting longer and longer each visit.

Very beautifully located coffee station. You can have a relaxed view with a beautiful coffee. Offers takeaway coffee as well.
