I went to Oporto Wyndham waters yesterday and was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Bondi rappa wrap, but when it arrived, the wrap was stale and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. We asked for extra extremo and chilli they charged us for it but there was no sauce inside. Overall, the quality of the food was very poor and not worth the price. To make matters worse, when I approached the staff to complain about my experience, they were unhelpful. They seem to be disinterested in addressing my concerns. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service, and it left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with my experience at Oporto.

Ordered a half chicken meal. Rice was cold and soggy. Chips were stale. Chicken wasn't marinated enough- barely had taste to it.Wouldn't be a bad idea to give the dining area a clean also.

Amazing food love the most the whole chicken feed that comes up with extremo base and 2 extra garlic dips also serves with 2 pita bread and extra side as chips isn’t it amazing ❤️ love it

Opporto is generally pretty good but today they were under staffed, we ate in and they only had two staff working, they were preparing food and had to stop to take our orders. A thier staff member came back off his break as we were leaving.

The Oporto brand is absolute and one of my favs.This store had great customer service, good delivery and more importantly one of the nicest Oporto burgers (double Bondi of course) I have ever had in Victoria.Well worth the visit.

I only eat one meal a day, the other day I went to Oporto because it wasn’t as busy as maccas, ended up getting food poisoning. When I told people where I ate, they were not surprised I became sick, multiple people I know became sick after eating at this Oporto, it must be the way they store/cook the chicken. Now I know why they are never busy.

These guys don’t listen to what you order. You ask them you want extra sauce/basting, they will make sure DON’T get the extra sauce/basting.Ask them to add guacamole, they won’t.This has happened not just once, but multiple times at this location.
