DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS BUSINESS! We hired a mini-excavator from them and the machine was very old and faulty. Despite us cleaning the machine they wanted to charge 1 hour ($75) to clean the sand that had collected on the tracks while loading the machine back onto the trailer. They would not allow me to clean the machine myself at their premises.Despite accepting that the machine was faulty, they still wanted to charge a cleaning fee.Horrible experience overall and had the suspicion that they were going to do something like this when we took the machine away on the first day.

I hired some equipment last year. The service and knowledge was good, rates were reasonable.

I hired a machine at this place the business is in damage control. I booked a machine 3 days in advance didn't have the machine I was after, they offered me a bigger machine for the same price . I rang later to see if I could get the machine a day earlier booked for 2 days they had no recollection of my origanal booking . I picked it up used it for first day very bad machine on the start of the second day it had machical fault I managed to get it on trailer a rang them and returned it, as all they wanted to do was charge me for the first day and half the second day and cleaning . By managing to get it on trailer saved then a trip 70 ks to come and repair it on the job I did hose it andrefuThere's more . Very Very bad experience will never deal with that business ever again.

The people who work at this place are con merchants that go out of their way to rip you off be very very careful hiring equipment of this business they have secret spots on their machines that hold a little bit of dirt they don't tell you about then sting you on return.
