We went to look at fans for our home. Jack took the time to understand what we required, showed us the options and provided his professional suggestions. Would definitely go back to Jack and the team for fans or lighting requirements.

We had the best experience at JD lighting with Lauren.She is friendly, professional, knows her product and is just an all round superstar.We were not sure exactly what lighting would suit our Queenslander and Lauren was there with some great advice. We ended up purchasing a heritage style light fitting and three wood look ceiling fans that are a perfect fit for our home. Your product range is great and the service we received from all your staff was excellent.We highly recommend JD Lighting.

Have been to the Browns Plains store a couple of times, the staff are great, very friendly and heplful. We have bought lights and fans and both are good quality and were reasonably priced :)

Horrible customer service!! Ordered a wall light on December, someone called and told us the light wont be ready until end of march. So we went to the store to get a refund and spoke to one of the staff, Bayen - instead of sorting out the issue, she was rudely blaming us for choosing a wall light that is not available and kept pointing out as it was our fault….. - it clearly didnt say anything on the website! Obviously they sell item that they dont have! The staff was so rude and unhelpful.At the end, the manager, Lawrence assisted us with the refund and sorted out the issue. But definitely wont go back to this store again after experiencing a horrible service!

We had a fantastic experience at the JD lighting store in Browns Plains! We were served by Peter. We explained that we wanted to upgrade our 1970’s homes fans, kitchen lighting issue and bathroom lights to a 3 in 1 heater/light exhaust/ fan. We wanted, white fans that weren’t cheap and or exorbitant in price ! I can tell you with the bigger name chain brand stores I got frustrated because they ignored my preference and went straight to the $600 fans and…explaining to me that a fan turning at so fourth speed etc per whatever square meter made no sense despite me saying repeatedly I just don’t understand. We had a budget and didn’t feel the need to pay a ridiculous amount on fans when we have a huge list of more important improvements for the home that our money should go towards. We let Peter know what we were looking for and in turn we were asked really good questions, we were asked the right questions and furthermore we were asked questions that we hadn’t even thought to consider. We were shown other products to take into consideration too ! He also pulled up photos of our house, checked the measurements of the rooms in order to make sure all the products we selected would serve us well. I honestly good go on! Overall, it’s not too often that you get such quality service, we are also more educated on these products and how they’ve come along over the years. He was super friendly, took pride in the service he provides, knows his stuff and doesn’t try to push the most expensive product onto you but rather wanted to work out what was best for us and most suitable for our home. I recommend anyone to see this store first and not bother with the rest. We still went and shopped around and come back. Why ? Because they couldn’t match the experience we had and oh the prices were great.
