We went on a really special day where the trains were all done up and the workers like Sodor. So can't really comment as it had animal farm setup ice cream bans vendors etc. I'm not actually sure if that's a normal thing. Did have heaps of room for activities, sports, picnics, undercover area for picnics with tables and chairs etc just a short walk from train station

Wow i actually had no idea about how nice this area was. Great seclusion for privacy but still nice big area for family events just need to take your own sporting equipment or play things as there is no playground.
