FAME Event Design

We hired April to bring together a branded 2nd birthday event for our community of sellers. She grasped the concept quickly, and she sourced appropriate venues and vendors that were aligned with our vision. She responded promptly to our questions and she was flexible and accommodating. The event ran smoothly on the night, and most importantly our community had a fabulous time. Thanks April!

The Fame Event Design team did an incredible job with styling both our events across one weekend. I was blown away by the service. I worked with Fame for my special day and am so glad I did! I get very overwhelmed when it comes to organising anything, so it was the best decision I could have made to ensure I could enjoy the day, knowing everything would be taken care of. I was completely at ease in the lead-up to the event. I worked with April, she was so professional and I felt that I could put my trust in her from the very start, she made me feel that my day was going to be perfect - no matter what. Leading up to my special day she kept me in the loop and made me feel completely at ease. From my original brief, she hit the nail on the head in her execution of my event, down to every last detail. We engaged April as our wedding coordinator as we needed someone to help us set up our Ceremony at the Brisbane Botanic gardens. We met with her after engaging her, I felt so relaxed as soon as we left the meeting. She was the JLO wedding coordinator we were after!! April is so organised, professional and as it got closer to our wedding I really couldn't of done it without her. The week of the wedding the rain was set in for the week and we needed to find plan B. I left it in April's hands and she took care of it all and found us another venue last minute. The day of the wedding everything went to plan and was such an amazing day. I would highly recommend April and her team to anyone getting married needing a planner or day coordinator!

April did an incredible job putting together our Open Haven charity event. She made the night so special and our guests really enjoyed the atmosphere she created.Her dedication and attention to all the details made the event a huge success!We hope to work with her again for future fundraising events, she’s just the best!

We cannot recommend April enough! She was so professional and organised, and had thought of all the little things! The day ran so smoothly thanks to her and a lot less stressful! My favourite moment was at the end of the night when I was feeling quite exhausted and ready to go she arranged a leaving tunnel for us newly weds within the next minute!

We engaged FAME Events for a large scale corporate event with a short lead time. It was definitely the right decision as April applied a 'can-do' attitude to the planning and design of the styling elements and delivered on-brief without any stress. Couldn't be happier with my decision to have April and her team at FAME event, plan my 30th birthday party!I told them my vision, and they were able to nail it. I liked that April kept me informed during the entire process, and was open to my opinion, but I was also able to trust her decisions.
