This place is cursed. Doesn't matter when u go there(peak or quite time), they will make u wait 20 minutes before they give u ur order. I've been to almost every red rooster on north of the river even KFC gives u order in 10 minutes but these people always look busy, doesn't matter if drive through is empty or even if there is no customer in store, they will make u wait 20 minutes. (I'm an ubereats delivery person).

Hi red rooster, I came in the other day and it was great, there was a lovely man called julian vlemmix and he was really great at making the meal because the chips were cooked to perfection and the way he was making the chips was like he was a 5 star chef.thankyou red rooster, also the burger was fantastic.

This place would get more stars but they need to learn to cook their chips and not overcooked there chicken and the people that work there needs to be a lot but I do have to say I like fried chicken

I’m giving 5 stars for customer service. Every time I’ve been through the drive through the staff have always been bright, cheery and polite. I’m a stickler for good customer service and my experience of most other fast food outlets has been teens with attitude who think they are there to socialise with other staff rather than paying attention to their customers and their work. It is very refreshing to go to a place where they staff are positive and customer focused. There’s been a wait on the food occasionally as others have mentioned, maybe they need more help in that area but I’ve never had a problem with the food and the staff are lovely.

Store service was good. As for hand hygiene it was not so good. We seen many of the staff touch their hair, face and uniforms then food without geling thier hands. No infection control with food handling at all. Maybe the annual hand hygiene course would be of great benefit to all staff.
