I was surprised at how unacceptably rude the service person was , who visited my home to repair my washing machine.When I rang to make a complaint I was told that my complaint was untruthful and that they didn’t believe me .Apparently there is no other service business in the highlands so, sadly, we just need to put up with this situation.

I have needed my oven fixed twice for different issues (not their fault) and both times I have had a fast response via email and they organised for someone to come out and fix it so within a day!Highly recommended them !

Knowledgeable technician who quickly repaired the dishwasher, showed me how to reset the stove (my online search had been a failure), and was honest regarding the fault in my washing machine - any repairs were unreliable and expensive in comparison to the cost of a new machine.This is service and expertise that I'm happy to champion and recommend.

Quoted a rip off price to my elderly parents for a simple light globe change in microwave.I got part off ebay and did it for quarter of quoted cost. Simple job as its just changing a light globe.People who profit from ripping off pensioners should be exposed!Would give 0 star rating here if possible.
