Poor hygiene no hand sanitizer ect to the touch button self service and the wall mounted sanitizer empty, when informed staff told to use the toilets, absolute joke No wonder Covid spreading so fast, how many people use the self service touch tills a day, 1,000s

I normally enjoy a quarter pounder, but this was oily, the meat had no charring from cooking, and the bun seemed to disintegrate. And not even a greeting from the guy who gave me my burger (I was doing drive-thru). So disappointed.

At 1:45pm on the 4th of June, crew trainer served me. Brown hair, big build, tall, with attitude. Served me wrong food and grunted at me. I am literally diabetic and needed food after I just played afl and they didn’t justify their mistakes. Just gave me the complete wrong thing and was extremely rude about it. He was making the process very uncomfortable. Maybe he should be demoted back to red shirt.

Chips were a little overdone, so were extra crunchy, with some a bit burnt. Much better than soggy chips!

Lol...open 24 hrs, but just in your favourite dreams.So unprofessional...5am in the morning...closed..Well, for me and my friends that pass by every day..you can stay closed forever.

Someone needs to explain to the staff how long 24 hours is, whenever I try to get something to eat here when I'm on the night shift there's always one reason or another why they can't serve me, absolute joke

Its good they are open when no one else is.......no wait, clean and tidy presentation, polite staff, quick service.Atmosphere 3 stars because the food court is empty at 2am (as it would be) but hunger prevailed over obscurity.

Super easy ordering via App. Remember hot coffee collection at LH counter and food and remaining drinks collection at RH counter. Don't forget otherwise you'll have to go back to collect whatever's missing. Each of the burgers this time 'round were served with extra oil/drizzle/something.

This place rapidly deteriorating. Been gpong there for 10 plus years but this last time was the end for us.The first order touch screen took the orders but the payment machine would not work.Cue up for another machine.30 minutes after entering we had ordered and paid only to find the machine had no paper so we did not know the number.Cue up again at counter. Staff wanted to know exactly how much I paid... could not get it exact but was between 30 and 31 dollars. Staff unhelpful but eventually found the order. So we had a ticket after 40 minutes. I told the staff the 2 machines that were faulty. He knew. People behind me had exact same issue....Staff chaos was evident in the preparation and bagging ateas with the manager doing the packing and not managing staff. Saw one staff wipe nose on back of their sleeve.Eventually got the meals. Sit down. Open mine up wrong!Back to cue upSame person as before and just as unhelpful. Eventually got a new one but it was cold and poorly wrapped... like it had been opened and rewarded.In short avoid this McDonald's.Managers need to manage particularly when its busy and the staff need guidance. Hygiene needs to be a high priority.If you have technology make sure it works and staff can support it. If there is a fault if should default to close the terminal.The only good thing was it tastes like McDonald's which is not to say its great just I know what I am getting.Horrible experience
