Came to the shop at 9am and it was closed. Checked the website and gave a call and there were no indications or reasons given as to why it was closed. Don’t bother coming out here, a complete waste of time and petrol.

Trevor was very helpful and very fast when it comes to picking up spare parts. I was in desperate need of a tension spring for my makita circular saw, called around 5 different places and they either didn't have stock, or needed to order it in from Makita which would take a week or so. Luckily Trevor holds stock on certain spare parts and I was able to pick it up on the same day to fix my saw to use at work the next day. Solid 5/5Thanks for your good service Trevor :)

I found Trevor willing to provide various options for the repair of my tools. He went out of his way to find 3rd third parts to refurbish my Kango Jack hammer when he found the service kit was no longer available. Really happy with the improved operation of the Kango. Found the service cost very reasonable and the repair period acceptable.
