Sam's Auto Hub

Recently I had AC issue with my vehicle and found this shop on Google (with high ratings, lots of good reviews and nearby), which prompted me to give it a go.I shortlisted a few shops and contacted them via email but Sam's Auto Hub PTY LTD came back to me within minutes (and still yet to hear anything back from other auto shops). So that's great response time and customer service.When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Sam, who was friendly and attentive towards me - allowing me to explain what happened.After conducting proper diagnosis and found out the issue was an error made by my previous auto-shop and all they did was flush out and re-gas the AC. I'm not mechanically savvy with vehicles so if they said the vehicle need to replace the components I would have paid $$$ but instead they were honest, addressed the issue and charged me accordingly.They can easily push for a sale that may get them more revenue but they were genuine and honest, which concluded with them having a new customer(me) and many more in the future as I am going to recommend Sam's Auto Hub to everyone I know.Thank you Sam

This was a great suprise, I own a 4wd that has had a hardworking carlife and it needed front strutts and suspension work. They did the job by lunchtime, were very polite and went the extra mile. I recommend them for all round parts and labor work at very reasonable prices. No fuss no fancy extra costs and no hassles from these guys. Thanks Sammi and team.

Mohd Bunyadi - #22216 - You should be ashamed of yourself - you failed to inspect a small Hyundai Getz vehicle, and should have not passed the Road Worthy Certificate.The Control arms, the suspensions, wheel alignments, the tyres and the window glazing all needs to be repaired and replaced.You will be reported for your incompetent job to the Department of Transport and Main Roads.Considered yourself lucky, no lives have been lost on the road.

WARNING 1 - my previous review was removed so this business removes bad reviews so what you read here is probably not indicative of what this business is really like. WARNING 2 - about using this business. Passed a roadworthy when they shouldn't have. Did accept liability and took the vehicle back but lied twice that it was fixed when it wasn't. Got an independent inspection and the so called repairs failed plus more defects found. Asked him to repair defects that failed the roadworthy and my vehicle miraculously disappeared and they claimed they'd thought I'd picked it up... it was found down a side street across the road. Now refusing to do anymore claiming roadworthy was done for registration purposes NOT sale purposes. I will check regularly to see if my review gets removed and will write a new one if it has been...

Quality work done at very reasonable pricing. The whole process from booking the car in, to getting it fixed and picking it up was pleasant & hassle free. I'd recommend to all my friends and family to reach out to these guys.

This company has had my husband Ute an won’t return his Ute it’s been almost a year now it had gone for repairs an when we went to collect the vehicle our phones numbers get blocked as we still have a massive debt over $15000 owing on this vehicle terrible to think how someone in business who we thought was a decent gentleman but Cleary has made a major problem to our family be careful using this company

These guys are absolutely fantastic! My friend recommended me to see them after a dismal/ overquoted job elsewhere, and while apprehensive I am so glad I went and checked these guys out! Sami was very respectful, honest and kept me updated throughout the process.
