Fantastic store styling and merchandise, a must visit on the op shop trails

Bad experience today in manly. One of the volunteers was trying some clothes on, by mistake I went into the fitting room that she was using and, Gosh she was so rude with me because of that. I heard that she works in another Red Cross store, it was around midday. I will never get back there!

Awesome charity shop in Manly. Not the cheapest prices ($7 for a secondhand t-shirt), but it’s for charity so it’s worth it. They have good variety and the stock is always changing. Last week I found a 1997 sterling silver Tiffany bracelet! Always worth a browse.

Most overpriced charity shop. Their prices are the same or more than curated vintage shops.

Red cross are a great charity. The staff is friendly. It's a small shop so they stock only good quality stuff.

The most overpriced op shop in the northern beaches. $25 for a simple white top, $200 for a jacket, $50 for a dress. More like a boutique store than a charity shop.Please be conscious when pricing your items, let's not forget that you are given stuff for free.

Most staff are nice but they have a very rude and aggressive staff member and I won't go in this shop ever again. Last year I was trying on some boots in this shop that I got off the shoe shelf that had a price sticker on them and a staff member came up and grabbed them off me and aggressively shouted at me that they were her boots and took them into the back room. I complained about her behaviour to management and was told she would spoken to and not allowed to work in the Manly store again. I had since also been told this person had done some other things that weren't appropriate and was no longer working for the Red Cross. I went into the store yesterday and saw her but wasn't sure if it was the same woman and thought to myself maybe I should come back another day just in case as the experience last time had really shaken me but thought that even if it was she had been spoken to and should probably be ok and wanted to try some jeans on. While I was in the change room I heard her very loudly telling new staff that a woman had tried on her boots and she had gotten in trouble etc. She had clearly recognised me and wanted me to know that she recognised me and was aggressively and loudly bad mouthing me to young staff she was training and trying to intimidate me. I quickly dressed and left the change room and told her that she was lying and that the boots had been in the store to be purchased and left the shop without buying the jeans i liked, very upset at being rudely treated by this staff member again and have again had to call management at the Red Cross to report this person's rude and aggressive behaviour towards customers. I can't believe the Red Cross would keep this person working for them as she totally goes against everything the Red Cross represents and the good they are trying to achieve in the world. Very upsetting and disappointing.

Red Cross Manly are amazing. I get the buys of designer clothes and shoes for such an amazing price. They also have great taste in music. ;)
