The manager, Jay, runs this place like a Champ. The Chef's do an amazing job and the prices are excellent. I have found all the staff to be very helpful, courteous and willing to help in any way they can. Especially Stacia and Gabby.A big thank you to the entire team

We arrived a little early and was hard to order drinks - noone was at the bar. Had to wait a few minutes after the open" to order food. (10+minutes). Only negative about drinks is that they have NO coke at all

The Lucky Tree Tavern, tucked away in Durack, QLD, is a gem of a place where charm, good food, and excellent service come together. As soon as we entered the establishment, we were enveloped by the welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. Our meal started with the Chicken Parmigiana topped with a Hawaiian twist. The chicken was succulent, the cheese was perfectly melted, and the addition of the pineapple brought a delightful sweetness that balanced out the rich flavors of the dish. The chefs certainly live up to their promise of serving the best quality produce, and it's evident that each dish is put together with love and care.As for the Grilled Barramundi fillets served on a bed of avocado salsa, it was a culinary journey to the ocean and back. The fish was perfectly cooked - flaky and full of flavor, while the avocado salsa provided a freshness that elevated the overall taste of the dish.Accompanying our meal was the Great Northern Original beer, a refreshing and crisp brew that complemented our dishes perfectly. The affordability of the menu was another pleasing aspect, with nothing priced over $20, ensuring good value for money and leaving us wanting to come back for more. The service was excellent, living up to the establishment's claims of prioritizing customer experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure our needs were met throughout our visit.Other customers also shared our positive sentiments, with many praising the excellent lunch deals, friendly staff, and great atmosphere. The tavern seems to have a loyal following with a sense of community, making it not just a restaurant but a gathering place for locals. In conclusion, The Lucky Tree Tavern offers a warm, friendly atmosphere coupled with delicious food and excellent service. The thoughtful touches in the menu, the commitment to quality, and the value for money make it a must-visit establishment in Durack. Whether you're a local or a visitor to the area, this tavern is an oasis of good food and good company. We can't wait to return!

Just had dinner there with my mum. This is the 2nd time we've been, meals have been very nice and well worth the money. The only thing I would say is the salad" has little to be desired.2 quarter tomatoes & a bit of lettuce is not a salad...I had the shanks tonight

The Lucky Tree Tavern (formerly known; The Durack Tavern) has come a far way since our last visit. The menu's pricing is really competitive, while the food offering is fantastic, we were blown away at all main meals (except grill) were $15ea.So I tried the Chicken Parmy, while my mate had a steak. To be honest, I was not disappointed at all considering the price. This chicken parmigiana itself was of a decent size, generous serving of chips with a side salad. Tthe steak was also cooked to perfection which in our case was medium rare.Service was actually really good, Yeah there were lines to order but that's standard at a good pub, the staff acknowledged our presence, Thank us and said We would be attended to momentarily which was nice.Special shout out to Jay and his team for a wonderful experience at Lucky Tree Tavern, We will definitely be back soon.

The Durack Tavern has recently gone through a rebrand to the Lucky Tree. This hasn't affected their amazing food or prices at all. In fact if anything you can now get some new treats also.We like to head here as a family as the prices don't break the bank, but the kids always enjoy the food. Which is great. The last time we came we had a Caramilk Pizza. Which raised a few eyebrows trying to work out what we would get. We absolutely loved it. 10/10

Upon walking in on a quiet Thursday night for the first time, we were quite impressed by the ambiance as they had a semi outdoor area with toddler play and older kids' playground separated. The equipment were quite well maintained and kept. Moving on to the service, the food took a good reasonable time and staff were friendly. We ordered the burger and T-bone steak. Boy... the burger was juicy, tangy, saucy better than a Hungry Jack's. The beer battered chips were almost to perfection. Now, on to the T-bone steak... to be honest, we didn't have high expectations on this particular item but wow... at the first glance of it, I was taken aback by the greyness" of the meat. That was the first red flag of what was to come. It didn't look right and sure enough
