Highly recommended! Exceptionally friendly, fast and professional service. Having only just moved to Cairns, I dropped three bikes in for a service on a Friday to make the most of our time outdoors. Luke went out of his way to have the bikes serviced and back to me that same morning so that the family could be out on the bikes that weekend. Luke and the team went above and beyond with their service and advice, even providing recommendations that saved money. We’ll be back again and again.

Awesome service, Luke was amazing and when we took a bike in to fix a puncture, he replaced the tube, fixed the stand and did a general clean up of everything and even pointed out a fault in it so that we could get it fixed. Definitely worth 5 stars

Gaz and Luke are awesome. They keep a wipe rag behind the counter for me, so when I come in and drool on all the gear they carry, it is cleaned quickly. :) Seriously, they fix the fixes I mess up, are fair in their approach, and ooze love for bicycles.
