The Flooring Centre Nunawading

I spoke to a number of flooring company's both around Nuna and further south. These guys provided the best service and advice, they also have a great range of products. We ended up going for a laminate to replace existing carpet in three bedrooms and hallway upstairs as well as on the stairs. We're very happy with the end result and the price. It actually doesn't matter who you end up getting in store, they were all brilliant, I've spoken with Anthony, Derek, Lachlan and Vivian, and they are all great to work with

After spending a Saturday visiting most of the flooring places on Whitehorse road, our final stop was The Floor Centre. We walked in and were warmly greeted by Anthony one of the owners. We loved the engineered oak flooring they had, however we wanted something harder wearing like jarrah. Anthony pointed us to American Hickory - it had the amazing colour we wanted with the same hardness as Australian species. The quote he did for us was also much better priced than the other stores. Anthony was clearly extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of engineered wood flooring and had accurate and confident answers to every question we had.Like most big decisions we went in a couple of times to discuss options - and spoke with Kara. Just like Anthony she was super knowledgeable and it was clear she had been in the flooring business for a number of years. Once we decided to go ahead Kara came out and measured the floor. She also kept us informed along the way as we got closer to installation.Chris the installer they use was phenomenal. He had some great suggestions and did an awesome job of installing the floor - very happy with the quality of his work.The after sales service has also been very good. Kara came out and personally inspected the floor and was able to provide some further advice.Honestly I couldn’t recommend The Flooring Centre highly enough. These guys have a great business with very personable and warm customer service.

Derek, Vivian and team are very professional. They provided me with insightful information and offered samples to be taken home. The installation was beautifully done. All in all a 5 star stress free experience. Their price is also very competitive, if you have any flooring needs, look no further.

First time using The Flooring Centre, recommended by my friend. I am impressed by the service and the speed. 3 bedrooms and 1 living room, all the jobs done in 2 days. I had a quick settlement for my house, and all jobs done before I move in. So happy with the flooring. Derek is super nice and helpfull.

Friendly service and quality products!!We recently bought some flooring products from the flooring centre in Nunawadding and couldn't be happier with the finished product. We bought a laminate flooring for the living and hallway which we installed ourselves and carpet for the bedrooms. Their staff were very helpful and knowledgable, thanks Derek.The price was very reasonable and would recommend to go done and check out the store for inspiration.

The sales consultant Vivian and her team are friendly and professional. I have received the quotation within a day on reasonable price. Strongly recommend.

We have done the flooring of the entire house, upstairs & stairs in carpet bought and installed by The Flooring Centre, and the bottom stairs hard floor in 2 different types - engineer oak and hybrids (which I installed myself). We were in a bit of a rush and visited The Flooring Centre out of desperation after being disappointed by some of the other flooring stores around the area. Vivian was super accommodating and made our choice very easy. Also even though the schedule request was super tight (we needed all the flooring done within the 3 weeks of first looking at the floors at the store), Vivian and the team were very professional and made the entire process worry-free. (And of course, their pricing was very competitive)Highly recommended if you're in the market for new flooring!
