Not happy with the service provided at all!!Friendly staff, however I was in major pain and the dentist did not even attempt to relive the discomfort with a simple clean, in the area specified!And then tells me to go back to another place to get a referral to a specialist, which he could have done himself without me having to make another appointment and pay another secure fee also!I am extremely disappointed and in more pain now then prior to Cheung gone there!

My temporary crown fell out at the beginning of a 4 day long weekend, so I contacted the surgery via their website on a public holiday. George and his team made special arrangements to fast track the replacement crown, and opened the surgery after hours so it could be fitted as a priority. Amazing effort of everyone involved, exceptional customer service and patient care. Very much appreciated, thank you! Regards Grant Murdoch.

Cannot fault them. From the friendly and helpful receptionist to the dentist who was extraordinary with my shy and nervous 4 year old. Very friendly, patient and explained everything in a way he understood. Very positive experience.

Jodie and Sage are always welcoming and friendly, the Hygienist is great with my 12 year old who told me she 'enjoys' going to the Dentist! Prices and procedure are always explained to me, I never feel like they are over-servicing, and always feel like I am getting great care. Would recommend to all.
