To start with should remove pictures of the pool it has one but it’s empty room feels very outdated shower head in room 7 needs replacing spray water from fitting everywhereYou need to ask for knives and forks if your gonna have a meal inside ya room overall not bad but not worth the 200$ for a night

My wife and I stayed one night on our way through to Narooma. To put it simply the business structure of this motel is one that is worthy of adoption by any motel service, it is practical and extremely sensible, I would hasten to say that any complaint is unjustified.If you are a reasonable person this motel is one not to drive past, as a reasonable person you will be more than pleased with the accommodation.Congratulations to the management you know how to run a desirable business.

Nice, clean and comfy rooms with great views. I stayed there for 1 night. Room was exactly same as advertised. All basic amenities were present such as microwave, toaster, kettle. Room has cieling fan as well as AC. TV with Netflix, YouTube. Dedicated parking space.Smooth check in process and Rachelle had been very helpful in suggesting restaurents and places to visit. It was lovely meeting Honey.It was a pleasant stay.

The worst experience. We checked in and had a visitor come to pick us up to take us to dinner. He parked in the wrong car park and entered our room. The receptionist verbally abused us, it was awful. We were reasonable and agreed to move it without a problem, she then very aggressively told him he cannot enter our room as we were inside getting ready, literally 10mins. She was so aggressive and abusive and worked up it was traumatic for me after I had been in a previous abusive relationship. I felt sick and while my friend stayed I didn’t end up staying and I was the one who paid. I never asked for my money back but wouldn’t stay again. This was a very bad experience for me.

Warm, friendly greeting from Rachelle & little Honey after a long ride. We had a room with beautiful view of the ocean, and Rachelle & her husband were happy to tell us what was close by for dinner and gave us the number for the local taxi service, which was also fantastic. A clean, comfortable Motel with friendly service.

This place was totally fine. Bit worried after reading some reviews, but the rooms were spotless. A little dated but in a nice way. Lovely outlook to the ocean. Comfortable bed. Good showers.Good lesson not to take online reviews too seriously.

It might be low cost, but nothing beats a comfortable bed, a hot shower after a long trip, good location, easy to find and friendly service. I highly recommend this affordable motel to anyone to have a rest. Rachelle is a good communicator, but I am sorry to not have met her husband, Graham. The only complaint I have: The fly screen needs a bit of a lubricant".(:Fred Schuler

We stayed at this lovely motel last night and had a lovely relaxing stay, the hosts were very friendly and welcomed us and so did little HONEY, we will be back there on our way to Victoria in 4 months time, would recommend this to everyone, thanks again for the hospitality that you showed us, Lindsay & Stephanie Ronalds

From the reception received by Rachel the manager ,the cleanliness of our room comfort of our beds . The lovely greeting by Honey . I had driven from Port Stephens a long drive motel was contacted via phone and we ( my sister and I) were so warmly welcomed, as my sister is 84 Rachel came to the car to check her covid QR and her vaccination proof. Truly nothing was a trouble. I certainly will be visiting again and would highly recommend this motel. A little old fashioned but a great place to stay.. TO ALL CONCERNED THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. Merry Christmas see you late January early February
