Called on Ritchie Plumbing as my Rinnai boiler had packed in, no hot water. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with on the phone, he gave me a price to fix and or replace, replace seemed more cost effective. He came out the same day and fitted a brand new boiler! He thoroughly tested the new unit and adjusted for optimum performance. Full new warranty and certificate of compliance provided too.Excellent service and very highly recommended. I first used Ritchie Plumbing almost 4 years ago when opening my 1st cafe/ take away in the area. Looking back, I was a naive (even with 20yrs in the hospitality business) young bloke who thought I knew everything. I needed 2 deep friers installed, I thought that would be a fairly basic job.Long story short, the previous tenants were as 'dodgy as you could be. Needing to obtain a gas certificate was looking to be a massive and expensive headache that I had not prepared for.Jeff and his son were on the job in no time, and I was up and running with out any issues what so ever. The quality level of work and the high standards at which the work was done was (and is) still highly appreciated. After 4 years of busy opperation using both new and old equipment, I have never had a single fault. I have just recently called them out to fix an issue (self inflicted) and they were here within the hour.As a new business owner, they could of taken me for a ride and charged me for anything and everything. Instead they 100% looked after me. I have been using Richie Plumbing in my busy restaurant in North Lakes for years, Jeff and his son are top blokes and have so much knowledge. They always turn up on time do a great job and are very thorough not dodgy like some.

Called Ritichie Plumbing & Gas to have a small repair done to my water main. Amazing, friendly service. Came out same day and fitted my new part and got my water working again. Can't recommend them enough.
