We would not recommend you deal with Rob McIlroy he us very lacking in any respect for his customers. We waited 3 weeks to have our order fulfilled and it was a total waste of time dealing with such an arrogant ill mannered salesman.

Rob in the showroom was good, I feel we got a pretty decent price for our house considering the size of the rooms we have. Install was ok, split over 2 days (our choice). One of the rooms has a very terrible obvious join in it , and we have a couple of random bubbles under our carpet that pop every time we stand on them. We did prep work perfectly so It was definitely something that went wrong during the install.

Huge thanks to Rob for stepping up to the plate after we were let down by Flooring X with their lack of communication, lack of co-operation and rude staff.Rob met our need to have carpet installed in our rental property before Xmas, even though he wasn't our first port of call, but he definitely will be for any of our future needs.

Brian did a fantastic job laying the carpet. Rob was great at Carpet Court, organising everything. All round, this was a great experience and we are more than happy with the outcome. Would recommend them to anyone.

Jo in the warehouse has been very professional and prompt. Our carpets were laid very quickly and Jo has been helping with an additional issue at no cost. Highly recommend.
